Brickworks Lofts

This a great community in Inman Park consisting of 31 condominiums and 17 townhomes.    Built in 2002, residents here enjoy a tightly knit community just a couple blocks from all of the happenings on Highland Avenue a few blocks away.

I have been fortunate enough to see many of the different floorplans here.  The townhomes are nice,  and have their own private garage which is very nice.    At three stories, they provide ample living space and the top floor is filled with light.     The condominium portion of the grouping has a mix of large 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, as well as some real nice two-story, true loft style 2 bedroom homes.  Indeed, these are quite impressive with their 20 foot ceilings!

I bedrooms as of this post start in the Upper-Mid to Upper $100k range.   The townhomes and large Loft condo units start in the upper $200k range and move into the $300K range.
