   I heard there ia defect in building construction and a law suit going on.Is that true>Does anybody know >

     I have heard something to that affect as well. I have not confirmed it though. I know that the building is one of the cheapest (per unit) for newer construction all of Atlanta. I also know that last I met with their Property Management company a few months back the finances seemed in pretty good health.
