Buckhead Grand

Great building for the price and location. If you work in one of the Buckhead highrises, then this might be a great option for you. I have also enjoyed the crowd of people who live here. It boasts a super cool 37th floor clubroom and on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights it even has a fully hosted bar! Very cool! Lower floor units, like no-view 3rd, 4th and 5th floor units, were going for under $100K as foreclosures. Last I looked, there was nothing in the building for under $120K, so it really looks like this one is bouncing back nicely. This building does have some very nice two and three-bedroom spacious units on higher floors. These have always gone for $250K-400K, so if you seek nice views on a high floor close to shopping and in a good building, this could be the one for you.
