Just released – May 2013 Case-Shiller Housing Index shows the Atlanta Market leading the charge!

Atlanta saw some of the most robust growth for May 2013.  Up 3.4% just over over the prior month!    Up over 20% over the prior year.   As I mentioned in my prior post the rate of growth is finally beginning to subside, but even so the Atlanta market is still FAR OFF of its all-time highs.
