This is a great building on Peachtree.     Like The Eclipse it is next to the “Buckhead Atlanta” or formerly the ”Steets Of Buckhead” large retail development.   Similar to Eclipse it came to market at the peak of the market and has since come down in price considerably.      Guest parking is a tad difficult in this building, and the amenities tend to be on the 1st floor which is not as optimal as the other buildings with the amenities on higher floors.

Units in this building tend to be around $120-180k for a 1 bedrooms and $240-300k for a 2 bedroom.     There always tend to be at lease a couple of Short Sales or Foreclosures in this building.    Given the proximity to so much of what is going on in Buckhead these should be a good investment over the long term.
