Inman Green is a Gold level LEED Certified, Earth Craft, & Energy Star certified modern community built in 2008.     There are twelve units in the community.  This grouping reminds me of the kinds of new condo developments that you have seen in Queens and Brooklyn over the past ten years.     Developers would take smaller plots of land and develop smaller high quality projects like this one.

This is right on the edge of Inman Park, and has nice access to Marta within walking distance which is super nice for the business traveler, or someone who works Downtown.

As of this posting there is one of the prime 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath units still for sale by the developer.    It is over 2100 square feet on the 3 levels.  It also has its own roof top terrace, and hot tub up there!    There are also two covered outdoor living areas, both with fireplaces.   The larger of the two is a nice size covered terrace off of the living room.   Spaces like this make this prime for entertaining!     Couple this large living space with your own private two car garage and this is for sure one of the better values out there.

I first saw this unit at the end of 2010 when it was still priced at $379,900.   It was a bit pricey, especially at that point when the market was near its bottom.     Now the developer just put it back on the market a few months ago.  First at $275,000, but now just a few weeks ago it was reduced to $269,900.      This is a great deal for such large square footage.  It will not last!  Contact me today!
