This is perhaps loose, perhaps a little less structured, but should at least have a place or two to put on your short list. Inman Green is a Gold level LEED Certified, Earth Craft, & Energy Star certified modern community built in 2008. There are twelve units in the community. This grouping reminds me of the kinds of new condo developments that you have seen in Queens and Brooklyn over the past ten years. Developers would take smaller plots of land and develop smaller high quality projects like this one. Studioplex Lofts: A great live-work option on the cusp of Inman Park
Studioplex Lofts is a great building for those seeking a nice 1 or 2 bedroom loft. the 1 bedrooms tend to be in the $100k range and the 2 bedrooms run in the $130-150k range. These are great because they are deisgned to be Live-Work lofts on the bottom retail floor. There are currently many artists, attorneys, and other small business owners who have purchased and enjoyed the value of a Live-Work space.
