Todd grew up in the suburbs of Seattle in Redmond Washington, home of Microsoft. He bought his first house in Tacoma Washington in 2006. He served on the Salishan Homeowners Board of Directors and was then elected President in 2008. At the time he was an Account Manager for Verizon Wireless. In 2012 he accepted a promotion and moved to Alpharetta Georgia. He then became an HQ Consultant responsible for creating and launching a new sales initiative for Verizon across 6 states throughout the South.
He purchased his first Georgia property in Sandy Springs GA, a 2 bed 2 bath condo in December 2012. In March of 2015 he gained his Georgia Real Estate sales license and left Verizon to pursue his Real Estate dream. He joined the ATL Condo Deals team, with a primary emphasis on helping friends, clients and business associates in locating or selling Real Estate in and around Atlanta and OTP (Outside the Perimeter). He wishes to bridge the gap between suburb and city life by assisting those that wish to transition either way, city life to suburb or suburb to city living.
