This building, which opened in 2008, is now sold out. It was the best selling building in Midtown. I purchased my unit in January 2009 and am VERY happy with my 25th floor unit. The value is definitely there in terms of views, quality of people, amenities package, and the quality of construction for the price. It is my opinion that Viewpoint and 1010 will be buildings that people will be talking about well into the future. The sky was falling when I contracted to purchase my unit in December 2008.
